Ashwagandha is a small, branched, Indian herb that is commonly utilized in Ayurvedic Medicine. It is used to alleviate depression and anxiety. Learning ability and memory are also enhanced by using Ashwagandha. It has been shown to boost energy and reduce fatigue much like Ginseng and is regarded as an adaptogen.
